Order Information

If you would like to place an order, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the item you wish to order and print out our order form. Please print out the form using the "smaller" or "smallest" heading on your web browser. Fill out the form completely and mail it with your full payment (MD residents please add 5% MD sales tax) or deposit (1/2 of the total cost of your order) and mail to:

There is a $5 fee for each sample. There is no order form for samples, please call 410-857-7616 or email at info@bcreativecalligraphy.com to request one.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. When your statement comes the charge will read "B Creations". If someone other than the person placing the order will be paying by credit card, we will need the billing address, security code and phone number of that person in order to confirm the charge. No orders will be shipped without this information.

If you would like us to mail you a price list and order form, give us a call and we'll be more than happy to mail or fax them to you. (For addressing services, an order form is not required). Once you have the order form, please fill out all the information that pertains to your order. If you have any questions at all, please let us know. If you need something in a hurry, let us know; in most cases we can take care of your order! Prices are subject to change without notice.

Turnaround time - Please see individual product pages for current specific turnaround times. Orders with turnarounds less than specified are subject to a 10-25% rush charge. Please call ahead to see if we can accommodate a rush order. These turnaround times are based on timely responses from customers in cases where proofs need to be approved. We cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines that are due to lack of response from or changes made by customer.

Terms of Payment - For all our services, a 50% deposit is due at the time of order. For our invitations, you can order any quantity you like, but there is a $75 minimum on computer generated styles, $100 minumum on handwritten paper scrolls, and a $150 minumum on handwritten wooden scroll invitaitons, unless otherwise noted. YOUR BALANCE IS DUE BEFORE YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED! For orders that include framing; all framing must be paid for in advance. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible. If you cancel your order within 24 hours we will issue a full refund of your deposit. Orders cancelled after that time period will be charged for all materials purchased and any work already completed for their order. If there is a problem with your order due to the error of BCreative after it is shipped to you, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to correct the problem at our discretion. If the problem is not corrected, we will gladly refund your purchase amount upon having returned to us the completed order in it's entirety. Invitation orders with quantities of 300 or less will be laser printed, higher quantities will be offset printed. For invitation orders, a text proof will be sent to you for your approval. Any changes made to the proof that are not errors or omissions by BCreative will be subject to a redo charge, and may result in delay of delivery. Prompt response by customer to these proofs is appreciated and lack of such response may also result in delay of delivery.

Shipping/Delivery - Shipping costs are estimated at the bottom of each specific product order form. If no cost is estimated, the shipping cost is included in the price.

Consultation by appointment - If you're uncertain about what you want, or if you're one of those people who need to see things in person, no problem! We'll be happy to set up an appointment in our studio to meet and discuss your needs, or if you want to pick out your own frames, give us a call. If you aren't located near us, don't worry - we can send you letter/color samples.
