New Postage Regulations / New Cost for Samples

In the past, the mailing tubes that we use for our scroll invitations were charged by the Post Office at the letter rate, and cost about $.65, the same as a regular wedding invitation with double envelopes. You could use the pretty wedding stamps that they offered. In the most recent postage increase, they have changed mailing tubes from the letter rate to parcel rate, which is a substantial increase of almost two times the postage needed. Our Wooden Scroll invitations with a reply card will now cost approximately $1.30 to mail.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is out of our control. We looked into other ways of mailing our invitaitons, but based on everything, we still feel that the mailing tubes are the most attractive and most economical way to mail them.

In light of this increase, we can no longer send our samples free of charge. There will now be a $5.00 charge for a sample of any of our invitations that require a mailing tube. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please make sure that you take your invitations to the post office to have them weighed before you stamp them!
